All sales are final on printed product; Productions and packing begins immediately once you order, therefore we are unable to refund or exchange orders once your order been placed, unless items are defective/damage upon arrival.
Our quality control process helps ensure all products are produced free of any manufacture defects and/or flaws. In the rare case that you obtain defective merchandise we will be happy to submit an RMA request (Return Merchandise Authorization) to determine the issues and provide a resolution quickly. Customers are encouraged to inspect products thoroughly upon receipt. Defects must be brought to our attention no longer than 72 hours after receiving the order; beginning at the date of signature by the courier/freight handler.
In the event of manufacture defects we will provide a 100% refund of the original purchase price (less shipping) on the damaged goods only. Please Note; replacements may or may not be available in specific sizes, colours or styles of your original purchase therefore it is our preference to issue a full refund as a resolution rather than exchanges and/or replacements.
